We are a boutique Law Firm founded in 2003. THANEE ESTATE & LAW started its journey on the picturesque Samui and Phangan Islands in Surat Thani, operating under Island Law Group Co., Ltd. and Thanee & Associates Law Office. Our expansion included establishing a presence on Lanta Island, Krabi (2006) and further extending services to Aonang, Krabi. While we centralized our operations in Bangkok in 2015, amalgamating our practices from Samui, Phangan, Lanta, Aonang, and Pattaya into one cohesive unit, we are pleased to announce the re-opening of our Aonang, Krabi office in 2025 to better serve our clients in the region.

At the helm of THANEE ESTATE & LAW is Mr. Thanee Thocharun, our esteemed CEO, Director, and Founder. Mr. Thanee Thocharun is widely acknowledged for his multifaceted expertise as a seasoned Lawyer and an International Realtor. His notable qualifications include being a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), both awarded by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the USA. Furthermore, Mr. Thanee Thocharun distinguishes himself as the first foreign delegate to be qualified by the Certificate Course in Marketing of Foreign Properties (CCMFP), awarded by the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) in Singapore. Additionally, the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) has appointed Mr. Thanee Thocharun as a Real Estate Broker Assessor and Examiner. Under his leadership, THANEE ESTATE & LAW has carved a niche in Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions and International Law, showcasing unparalleled proficiency in both the Thai and international real estate markets.

Our firm boasts a diverse and robust client portfolio of over 3,000 clients, with a significant majority being foreign entities (90%) alongside Thai nationals.
